Badet Clement unveils new corporate logo to reflect its evolution and open-minded approach in the world of wine
Badet Clément, producer of premium wine brands from the Languedoc, Burgundy and the Rhône and now a player in the global wine market, continues the creative evolution of the company with a new logo design– a first in more than 20 years since the launch of the business.
This completely new company emblem has been created to share the motto of “open wineded,” which conveys how and why the business remains open minded and innovative in the market place. This means working by the philosophy of the two winemakers, Laurent and Catherine Delaunay, who launched Badet Clément in 1995 and together have a forward-thinking, outward-looking and constantly evolving approach to wine-making, brand creation and now distribution.
For many years recognised as specialists in branded varietal wines from southern France, today Badet Clément exports to more than 45 countries and has most recently announced its partnership with Fourth Wave Wine Partners Australia, handling the portfolio’s distribution in Europe and Asia. The launch of Fourth Wave Wine Global provides trade clients with a way to connect with Millennials at whom the ranges are aimed with their high quality winemaking and original, quirky packaging.
Laurent Delaunay, winemaker and President at Badet Clément comments, “It’s true that we have always had a vision for openness and listening to what markets want whilst also drawing from our winemaking traditions. We understand how the wine market evolves and so after more than 20 years we have now updated our own brand to reflect our own evolution in the wine world. Our new logo with our motto of “open wineded” explains our mission to allow innovation through things like the sharing of ideas and the building of long-term partnerships, for example like the launch of Fourth Wave Wine Global.”
He continues, “The round shape of the new logo illustration invites our customers to the heart of a world of wine with limitless possibilities. Its orange colour reflects our enthusiasm and our dynamism, while the brown tones represent the earth, where all wine begins.”
