Since its relaunch, the estate has had a rapid rise up the charts in Burgundy winning numerous accolades and awards.
NEW SOUTH WALES WINE
New South Wales is known as the birthplace of Australian wine, it’s Australia’s second largest wine producing state with 34,000 hectares under vine accounting for 32% of the country’s $44 billion wine economy. Covering such a vast area, it encompasses some of Australia’s most beautiful and diverse landscapes resulting in a broad, and often unexpected, range of wine styles. From the almost beachside vineyards of the Shoalhaven in the south, to the Great Dividing Range 1,000m north where the Southern Highlands is famed for delicate sparkling, or Orange, where high-altitude vineyards produce evocative and stylish cool climate wines.
ORMARINE
Ormarine is the leading producer of Picpoul de Pinet which is the largest and most renowned white wine producing appellation in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in southern France. The vineyards overlook the stunning Etang de Thau – a vast saltwater lagoon beside the Mediterranean shore known for its shellfish and oysters. Its sea breezes bring subtle marine fragrances and an appealing saline taste to these popular wines.
WINES OF TEJO
Tejo is Portugal’s oldest, fifth largest and least discovered wine region. Located inland from Lisbon, the region is dominated by the River Tejo which runs through the heart of the wine growing area imparting a distinctive freshness to all of Tejo’s wines. The region’s multitude of microclimates, abundance of indigenous varieties and distinctive terroirs create a rich breadth of styles from everyday drinking to complex, estate grown, super-premium wines.
