Made in Akashi, a coastal town in southwest Japan in the Hyogo Prefecture, renowned for sake production. The Akashi Tai range of sakes are artisan and lovingly produced in small batches by Master Toji (sake master) Kimio Yonezawa and his team, providing a delicious and complex accompaniment to many dishes. The label features the image of the sea bream (Tai in Japanese) symbol of Akashi prized for its delicacy.
