We believe wine is an art, and in 2018 a challenge was issued in Switzerland to – graphic designers, painters, photographers, students and amateur artists – to devise concepts for wine bottle labels. The winning 8 designs will be launched on the evening, with both artists and winemakers present. The goal for the artists was to represent the grape varieties of the Valais in artistic terms. The IVV Art Challenge blurs the lines between art and wine, something we feel there is great potential for in the future. It is no longer just about how wine tastes, but about how it makes you feel!
